Lindgren has a personal archive of high-end vintage clothing, including pieces from Tom Ford-era Gucci and YSL. She recently helped actor Vivian Oparah source a Gucci autumn/winter 1996 dress for a red carpet event. Lindgren is particularly fond of Vivienne Westwood's Seditionaries era pieces, which she has managed to collect through her connections in the industry.

Lindgren soon realised she wanted to make a career from her love of vintage – particularly considering that “it's also a very sustainable way to dress”. She began with a market stall in London's Brick Lane Market in 2010, before later moving to Spitalfields. “I started off from scratch and worked my way up from there,” she recalls, describing how she would visit a market in Deptford early in the morning and “pick things that I liked, or thought would sell”. Of course, exactly where vintage dealers source their rarest pieces is top secret. “This industry is very close knit; no one says anything,” Lindgren says. “But I think what helped me is when you get one contact, especially when it's private individuals, they say, ‘Oh, I have a friend who's also [got] an amazing wardrobe.' It's word of mouth.”
