Timothée Chalamet Brings Back the 'Crank That' Dance at CCXP Timothée Chalamet is riding high on the success of his new movie, Marty Supreme, which has stowed almost-perfect review scores on Rotten Tomatoes. The actor recently made headlines for a different reason: reviving the iconic "Crank That" dance at the CCXP entertainment convention in São Paolo, Brazil. On December 5, Chalamet took to the stage at CCXP, wearing a green and yellow pullover, the colors of the Brazilian flag, and blue pants.

He proceeded to dance to Soulja Boy's 2007 hit "Crank That (Soulja Boy)," sending the crowd into a frenzy. A video of the dance quickly went viral, racking up almost 2 million views. As Chalamet danced, fans crowded in to get a glimpse of the actor, who seemed to be enjoying himself immensely. In a nod to his American roots, Chalamet removed his green and yellow pullover to reveal a sweatshirt with the word "USA" stamped on it, tossing the pullover into the crowd.

The actor then took a fan's flag featuring his face and draped it over his shoulders, further energizing the crowd.
