Taylor Swift Is Done Talking About Kim Kardashian After Release Of 'ThanK You AIMee'

Opinion column: Taylor Swift's new album, The Tortured Poets Department, has sparked renewed interest in her long-standing feud with SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian. One of the songs on the album, titled "thanK you aIMee," appears to address the conflict in a direct manner. The title itself alludes to the feud, with the letters "KIM" capitalized in a clear reference to Kardashian.

According to a source who spoke to US Weekly, this may be Swift's last word on the matter, as she has not heard from Kardashian regarding the song.

The lyrics of "thanK you aIMee" tell the story of a bully named Aimee who "threatens to push me down the stairs" and"... wrote headlines in the local paper, laughing at each baby step I'd take." The song's narrative appears to be a metaphor for Swift's feud with Kardashian... with the Aimee character representing the SKIMS founder.
